:globe Appearing on The O'Reilly Factor tonight (july 9), Celebrity Justice reporter Jane Valez-Mitchel reported that she got a tip about Jackson's bail amount. Apparently Mesereau, the lead attorney, filed a petition in the Appeals court. And the Appeals court has asked Melville to provide them with just cause as to why Jackson's bail amount remains at $3M. She says they want more information from the judge to explain why the bail amount hasn't been lowered.
