In an unbelievable move, district attorney Tom Sneddon filed a motion to keep Jackson's lawyers from cross-examining the accuser's mother, the first civil attorney the family ran to (Bill Dickerman), and psychologist Stan Katz on July 27 2004.
These people were all supposed to be cross-examined in court along with those detectives on July 27 2004.

Sources say he made highly questionable excuses to keep them from taking the stand and being cross-examined by Jackson's attorneys. They've already testified in front of a grand jury. So the big question is why does the DA appear to be hiding these people from the defense?
