[b]A Jackson attorney hospitalized with pneumonia[/b] SANTA MARIA, Calif. One of Michael Jackson’s attorneys has been hospitalized with pneumonia and is in stable condition. An ambulance was called for Brian Oxman after he leaned forward and put his head down on the defense table after testimony had ended for the day in Jackson’s molestation trial. A courtroom artist says Jackson and others gathered around Oxman, some fanning him. Oxman was seated on a stretcher and talking when paramedics wheeled him to the ambulance and drove him to nearby Marian Medical Center. A spokeswoman says he’s been admitted for observation of “right lung pneumonia.” He’s said to be in stable condition and resting comfortably. Jackson’s lead attorney is Tom Mesereau (MEZ’-uh-roh).
