[b]Jackson’s Team to Call Culkin to Testify[/b] April 19, 2005 “CJ” has learned that the defense will call Macaulay Culkin to the stand to refute claims made by a former Neverland housekeeper, who along with an ex-Neverland supervisor, testified they saw inappropriate behavior involving Jackson and the former child star. The “Home Alone” actor has always defended his friendship with Jackson, and now the singer’s legal eagles want Culkin to fly to California to appear in court. While Culkin’s camp had no comment, sources tell “CJ” that if Macaulay doesn’t volunteer to testify, an out-of-state subpoena will be served. Culkin spoke out about the case on “Larry King Live” last year, and ironically, “CJ” revealed the talk show host was also subpoenaed by the defense just this week. On Tuesday, the accuser’s mother finished her testimony with defense attorney Tom Mesereau questioning whether she used donated money supposedly for her son’s cancer treatment on things like cosmetic surgery for herself.
