Michael Jackson hasn’t released a new album since 2001, but that hasn’t stopped the flow of new King of Pop product. Next up is “Visionary — The Video Singles,” a mammoth boxed set due Nov. 14 via Epic/MJJ/Legacy. The collection rounds up 20 of Jackson’s singles on their own DualDiscs, with the video for each track on the DVD side. The box runs the gamut from early smashes like “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough” and “Rock With You” through latter-era material such as “Stranger in Moscow” and “Blood on the Dance Floor.” The CD side includes the original A-side plus either the contemporary B-side or a later alternate mix. The singles were released individually over the past several months in international markets; in the United Kingdom, most of them managed debuts in the top 20. Jackson’s catalog has been repackaged in numerous forms of late, beginning with a single-disc edition of “HIStory” in late 2001. The 2003 collection “No. 1s” followed in 2003, as did the boxed set “The Ultimate Collection” in 2004 and “The Essential Michael Jackson” in 2005. Combined, those albums have sold more than 2.2 million copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Jackson has been living in Bahrain since his June 2005 acquittal on child molestation charges. Earlier this year, he signed a record deal with the Bahrain-based Two Seas Records and intentions to release a new album by “late 2007.” Here is the track list for “Visionary — The Video Singles”: “Thriller” “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough” “Rock With You” “Billie Jean” “Beat It” “Bad” “The Way You Make Me Feel” “Dirty Diana” “Smooth Criminal” “Leave Me Alone” “Black or White” “Remember the Time” “In the Closet” “Jam” “Heal the World” “You Are Not Alone” “Earth Song” “They Don’t Care About Us” “Stranger in Moscow” “Blood on the Dance Floor” source: http://www.billboard.com/bbcom/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003220373
