Last month Pop Revenge broke the world exclusive story that Jackson has been planning a ‘Magic and Music Spectacular’ with David Blaine. We can now confirm the event will take place in Las Vegas and famous deal maker Jack Wishna has been instrumental in securing the deal. After a year and a half of seclusion Jackson and his three children, Prince Michael, Paris and Prince Michael II, arrived at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas at 10:30 p.m. Saturday (23rd December). Blaine is scheduled to hold meetings with Jackson in Las Vegas on Saturday. The magician has been an important support for the singer, appearing on the witness list for Jackson’s 2005 child molestation trial.
Michael’s shock return will be welcomed by his domestic fans, Pop Revenge has been told by sources that the star was advised to stage the show in Asia for financial reasons, but Jackson was keen to face an American audience once again. …Friend and confidant Blaine has been working closely with him on the details for the combined project. Wishna has confirmed that Jackson is moving to Las Vegas and would only say on record he is “working on several projects” with him in the area. The flamboyant broker offered Jackson outspoken support during his controversial trial last year. He vowed Jackson would return to the “top of the entertainment world.” Jack Wishna has been responsible for some of the most spectacular Las Vegas events, he recently offered Madonna $150 Million to perform in a casino. He has also negotiated deals there with Richard Branson and Britney Spears. In 1999 he put together a deal worth $250 million for Wayne Newton. Industry experts estimate the final figure for a Jackson and Blaine showpiece deal could top $530 million. If negotiations are successful the pair will release details in a joint press conference from Las Vegas as early as February 2007.
