Report: Executors Ban Some Jackson Siblings from Katherine Jackson’s Home

Roland Martin, who often appears on CNN as a commentator, is reporting that the executors of Michael Jackson’s estate have “barred” some of the Jackson siblings from the home where Katherine Jackson and Michael’s 3 kids reside.

The attorney (Howard Weitzman) who represents John McClain and John Branca, the Executors, sent an email to the attorney (Charles Schultz) who represents TJ Jackson. The email was then, apparently, leaked to Roland Martin.

In the email, Weitzman suggested that the security guards prevent Randy, Jermaine, Janet, Rebbie and others from being allowed entry into the residence.

The Executors reportedly have this type of authority because it pays the monthly lease on the home. According to an unnamed source (*rollingeyes*), Katherine Jackson is trying to buy the house so the Executors won’t be able to make demands.

According to Roland Martin’s report, Weitzman is said to have written:

“Given the circumstances of the last two weeks, and in order to protect the children and Mrs. Jackson, the Executors believe that it would not be appropriate to allow the following individuals to enter the residence or its grounds and we instruct the security to preclude the following from entering the residence or the grounds: Randy Jackson and any of his children, Janet Jackson, Rebbie Jackson and any of her children, Jermaine Jackson, his wife and any of his children, Janice Smith, or anyone else who was involved in the recent events that led to Mrs. Jackson’s separation from and inability to communicate with Michael’s children, or any agents or representatives of any of these individuals…

There will be no other security or drivers allowed on the property except those employed by the Estate of Michael Jackson. Joe Jackson is precluded from entering the property. Howard Mann who is in litigation against the Estate and is working with the Jackson siblings that wrote the “letter” should also not be allowed on the premises. “

Anyone other than the excluded individuals are allowed on the property as per TJ Jackson’s authorization, reportedly. That would include staff members, security hired by the Executors, Sandra Ribera, Trent Jackson, and other people.

If you remember, there was a ridiculous confrontation between Randy and Janet, and Michael Jackson’s children right outside the property. In the video, Janet Jackson is seen trying to take the cellphone out of Paris Jackson’s hands.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s was called out during that confrontation. Sheriff’s Dept. spokesperson, Steve Whitmore, says there was a “scuffle” between two family members but no one was arrested.

By all accounts, that was NOT the best way to handle the situation, and only served to pour gasoline on the fire. If these family members were concerned about Katherine Jackson being kept from them by the Executors, they’ve pretty much given those Executors an excuse (right or wrong) to ban them.

Moreover, Janet Jackson has been thrown under the bus if previous reports are to be believed.

“Sources” (*rolleyes*) claimed that getting Katherine Jackson to Arizona was all Janet Jackson’s idea according to Radaronline:

“Janet was behind the whole thing – she felt that Katherine needed medical help and was desperate for her to get some bed rest.

It was an extreme measure, but Janet felt that by being away from Paris and Prince Michael, Katherine would be able to relax a lot easier. However, it’s important to reiterate that she’s not at a hospital. If she was truly sick she would be in hospital care. Katherine is holed up at a place where she can just get some rest.”⁽²⁾

Janet Jackson is also apparently on record in a chat conference with Prince, Michael Jackson’s oldest son, saying not to let the kids see Katherine. When Prince demanded to talk to Katherine Jackson, Janet reportedly replied, “Don’t let them pls.” ⁽¹⁾
