This 3rd accuser is reportedly going to testify in front of the current grand jury. Yeah, right. This 3rd accuser is none other than the maids, Blanca Francia, son who was a part of the 93 media melee. However, if the media can ever get out of their lazy streak and do some research regarding this issue, they may not be as delighted as they appear when theyre making doom and gloom forecasts about Jackson. Blanca Francias old interview was recently rerun on Entertainment Tonight. Francia at the time told tabloid reporter Diane Dimond, who worked for the now defunct tabloid program Hard Copy, said she had actually seen Jackson taking showers and Jacuzzi baths with young boys. She also claimed her sonthe alleged 3rd accuser being spun to take the attention off the fact that the 93 accuser isnt cooperating with the prosecutiontold her he was sexually touched by Michael Jackson. She also claimed she left Jacksons employ because of this. However, a copy of Francias sworn testimony during the 93 investigation revealed that Hard Copy did in fact pay her $20,000 for that interview. Under deposition by Jacksons own attorney at the time, Francia actually admitted that the statements she made to Hard Copy were complete lies. She said under oath that she never saw Jackson taking showers and baths with anyone, let alone young boys. This information was detailed in an exhaustive October 1994 investigative article by Mary Fischer for GQ Magazine:
Next came the maid. On December 15, Hard Copy presented “The Bedroom Maid’s Painful Secret.” Blanca Francia told Dimond and other reporters that she had seen a naked Jackson taking showers and Jacuzzi baths with young boys. She also told Dimond that she had witnessed her own son in compromising positions with Jackson — an allegation that the grand juries apparently never found credible. A copy of Francia’s sworn testimony reveals that Hard Copy paid her $20,000, and had Dimond checked out the woman’s claims, she would have found them to be false. Under deposition by a Jackson attorney, Francia admitted she had never actually see Jackson shower with anyone nor had she seen him naked with boys in his Jacuzzi. Sources say that Francia didnt leave Neverland voluntarily or because she was uncomfortable, but rather she was fired for stealing items from Jacksons home. This 3rd accuser story is currently being furthered by prosecution cronyas hes been called by Gary DunlapJim Thomas along with that very same tabloid reporter, Diane Dimond. Thomas appeared on the Abrams Report and opened the MSNBC show up to a defamation lawsuit when he announced, as if it were fact, that this phantom 3rd accuser was a real accuser, was subpoenaed and may testify in front of this grand jury. His information has been picked up primarily by CourtTV and FOX news reporters and run with as if it is fact. This same person, too, was all too sure the 93 accuser was going to testify as well, so his statements can pretty much be taken with a grain of salt. It is very peculiar that this new story seemed to spring up just as word was starting to spread that the 1993 accuser was not going to testify in front of the grand jury after-all. According to some legal experts, not only would a phantom accuser from 1990 not be permitted to testify in front of a grand jury where his alleged experiences with Jackson were not similar to these current allegations, but this phantom accuser may not even exist. Not to mention that this alleged accusation happened almost 15 years ago. As with these types of cases, the lie makes an indelible impression on the media while the follow up infothe truthis all but ignored. Francia, the mother, has already been proven to be a liar and has admitted the truth under oath. Again, for the record, she admitted she was paid $20,000 for an interview in which she claimed Jackson fondled her son. She admitted the lies she spun on the programabout Jackson sleeping with young boys for days in his bedroom, about her son saying he was fondled, about seeing Jackson taking showers with young boyswere NOT true. Why are these facts so difficult for the media to grasp? If you were watching Fox news at around 5:30PM ET today (April 3), you would have never known that this phantom 3rd accuser doesnt exist. Host Greg Jarrett, outside of defaming Jackson by calling him a pedophile and insinuating that AIDS is only linked with homosexuality, also whined about this phantom accuser. They made no mention of the information found in the GQ article. Neither was this information mentioned on Big Story Weekend with Rita Cosby (April 3). She did, however, have someone from US Weekly talking about what the allegation was alleged to have been, but again, no follow-up information at all. Like the media always does, they accept unproven nonsense as fact and then jump off a cliff by speculating about it. When it doesnt pan out, the story will disappear almost as quickly as it sprang up. Remember those alleged love letters? If you dont, then that proves my point. Stay tuned. -MJEOL
