Committee meeting The Santa Ynez Valley General Plan Advisory Committee will meet Thursday to review proposed zoning-ordinance amendments related to wineries. The proposed new rules are designed to streamline the permit process for wineries. The meeting is at 6:30 p.m. in the Large Hall at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 2901 Nojoqui Ave., Los Olivos.
