MAY 13 2005 (3:10 PM) — According to Fox news, Mark Geragos has just taken the stand. Geragos has previously said he has watched this scam with the Arvizo family develop before his eyes, so his testimony could be quite powerful for the defense. Contrary to ridiculous speculation, Geragos will not say that he was the head of some asinine conspiracy to kidnap and falsely imprison the Arvizos. He apparently has very relevant information to add possibly concerning any demands the Arvizos and their attorneys made during that Feb-April 2003 time period.
