Will.i.am talks about working with M.J.

Will.i.am says that Jackson called him to talk about what they were going to do when they meet up again to work on the upcoming album. He also reveals he would like the sound of the music to be “lush melodies”. He tells Access Hollywood, “What I would like the sound to continue to go towards is just mature and lush melodies as opposed to having it competing with today’s minimalism music…”. Don’t we all! Will.i.am goes on to say that the quality of Jackson’s voice sounds even better than it did back during the time of Thriller: “His voice in person sounds even better than what it does, recorded then.” He says he can’t wait to get back in the studio with the King of Pop after the new year. -MJEOL/Access Hollywood
