Janet Arvizo Back in Court, 2 Hours Late MiniBullet #25
Janet Arvizo Back in Court, 2 Hours Late MiniBullet #25 APRIL 27 2006 – Janet Arvizo was back in court today for a hearing concerning charges she faces in her welfare fraud criminal case. According to B.J. Hickman, who was covering the hearing for onsecondthought.tv, Arvizo arrived 2 hours late for an 8:30am hearing wearing a green jogging suit and sandals. Testing Testing 123, Testing testing 125
Believe it or not, Arvizo is fighting the charges which were so thoroughly proven during the Jackson trial of 2005. Though Jacksons judge, Rodney Melville, allowed Arvizo to plead the 5th amendment to questions regarding welfare fraud, the defense was still able to get it on the record through other witnesses.
New Song Rumor a Hoax?
DJ Whoo Kid wants to bring Michael Jackson and 50 Cent together, there’s no doubt about that it’s just not happening as soon as reports might lead you to believe. Thanks to an announcement seemingly released by MJ’s new record label, which stated the singer’s dream team was a done deal, several media outlets ran with the news, not realizing the press release was a prank. There had been enough news in recent weeks to suggest that the press release was the real thing. Whoo Kid revealed earlier this month that Jackson had chatted him up about a possible collaboration with 50 (see “DJ Whoo Kid Spends An Evening In Bahrain ‘Chillin’ ‘ With Michael Jackson”). Whoo Kid had just come back from Bahrain, where he said he had arranged a phone conversation between the two artists.
Superficial Analysis Hinders Understanding of Jackson -MB #306
Superficial Analysis Hinders Understanding of Jackson MB#306 APRIL 24 2006 – #306Can Michael Jackson really be blamed for the actions of liars, shysters and criminals? The question has been a hot topic off and on at various sites and forums around the world. When approaching this analysis of Jackson, some public figures have openly and rather unfairly based their opinions on him being a monster that society created. This is a ridiculously off-base and rather superficial analysis. At times during the 2005 trial, even celebrity friends would proclaim to know the answer to all of his troubles, and prescribed that he isolate himself from children because, after all, its his fault for allowing them into his home, right? Aside from the isolation theory being a shallow and incomplete solution, it is also akin to a doctor putting a band-aid on a gunshot wound and sending the patient home.

Monday, April 17, 2006 · Last updated 3:48 p.m. PT Suit alleging abuse by Jackson dismissed By KEVIN MCGILL ASSOCIATED PRESS WRITER NEW ORLEANS — A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit filed against Michael Jackson by a man who claimed that the pop star molested him more than 20 years ago. The alleged victim claimed he repressed the memory of the assault until 2003. U.S. District Judge Eldon Fallon dismissed the suit brought by Joseph Bartucci Jr., who claimed he was lured into Jackson’s limousine during the 1984 world’s fair in New Orleans and held for nine days, during which he was both sexually and physically assaulted. The lawsuit sought unspecified damages. “We’re pleased with the results,” Jackson spokesman Brian Oxman said Monday. “It’s time to get on to new and better things.”
