But is the prosecution actually walking into an ambush by pursuing this self-proclaimed “case” in this way? Some say that with the added conspiracy charge, it is indeed indicative of the fact that prosecutors haven’t been able to find any corroborating evidence of the underlying charges of molestation and the administration of alcohol.
