Internal Memo: Allegations Against Jackson Unfounded MJEOL Bullet #3 In a bombshell report out today (Dec 9), thesmokinggun.com has found an internal memo which concludes that the “allegations of neglect and sexual abuse” leveled against Jackson are in fact “unfounded.” Both the LAPD-Wilshire Division and the Department of Children & Family Services did the investigation. It further states that the mother confirmed that Jackson “was like a father to the children and a part of her family.” As to the actual allegations and the media skewing Jackson’s words, the mother also confirmed “that her children are never left alone with the entertainer.” The fact that Jackson is seldom, if ever, alone with any child is also confirmed by Jackson family attorney, Brian Oxman. Oxman appeared on Fox news show hosted by Bill O’Reilly earlier this year and addressed this subject. He stated:

…They always have a female attendant present. What Martin Bashir didn’t show you was the female attendants or the adult attendants who were present. Michael has them there to protect not only the children but himself as well.”

Another issue coming as a result of this information is the timeline when abuse was supposed to have taken place. When reports first broke of this latest allegation, it was also reported that the accuser was 12 when the alleged abuse was suppose to have taken place. The accuser recently turned 14 this year. Thus, if this is the case, the alleged abuse had to have taken place before the mother, the accuser, the brother and the sister of the accuser signed legal documents stating that no sexual abuse happened at all. Make no mistake about it: this is very damaging to the prosecution’s case. At the very least—regardless of the excuses commentators sympathetic to the prosecution try to make to explain away the conclusion of the investigation—it shows a propensity for this accuser to tell lies, possibly at the mother’s request. :4pinnedRead the FULL report >> ====================================== FULL STORY ====================================== Internal Memo: Allegations Against Jackson Unfounded MJEOL Bullet #3 In a bombshell report out today (Dec 9), thesmokinggun.com has found an internal memo which concludes that the “allegations of neglect and sexual abuse” leveled against Jackson are in fact “unfounded.” Both the LAPD-Wilshire Division and the Department of Children & Family Services did the investigation. The mother further stated that her son has “slept in the same room” but they have never shared a bed. Jackson has also stated he sleeps on the floor while the company, whoever they may be, sleeps in his bed once Jackson gets permission from their respective parents. Jackson has said that he never invites any children into his bedroom and that he is often asked by the child if they can see where he sleeps. There should also be some clarification as to the size of Jackson’s so-called “bedroom”. Feature film director, Brian Michael Stoller, says that it is incorrect to characterize Jackson’s private sleeping quarters as a “bedroom”. Stoller told CNN in February of this year that Jackson’s private living quarters is two-stories high with a grand piano, 80-inch big screen tv, a plasma screen, arcade games and various other things not often found in an average-sized “bedroom” (see Brian Stoller on MJ’s Bedroom). Attorney Brian Oxman also added in that O’Reilly show appearance that:

“…what Bashir left out was that in the next room [next to Jackson’s room] with the doors wide open, in an anteroom, are guards there 24 hours a day.”(see Snips from Brian Oxman…)

The family, however, does not flinch when confirming to investigators that the father of the accuser physically abused them: “The children and the mother admitted to physical violence perpetrated by the father…These allegations proved to be substantiated.” Another issue coming as a result of this information is the timeline when abuse was supposed to have taken place. When reports first broke of this latest allegation, it was also reported that the accuser was 12 when the alleged abuse was suppose to have taken place. The accuser recently turned 14 this year. At the very least—regardless of the excuses commentators sympathetic to the prosecution try to make to explain away the conclusion of the investigation—it shows a propensity for this accuser to tell lies, possibly at the mother’s request. As per the brother’s and sister’s claim they were privy to their brother being “abused” by Jackson, they also confirmed earlier that no abuse had taken place. If they knew Jackson was abusing their brother, this brings out a slew of other questions: Why didn’t they make any statements about it then? If their brother allegedly told them of abuse at the time he was being abused, why wasn’t the parent told? Why were they seen by eye witnesses, after that point in time and after the Bashir documentary aired, laughing and enjoying themselves at Jackson’s Neverland Ranch? And again, why was this mother looking for a civil attorney before June of this year? If she was told of abuse in June, why didn’t she immediately go to the police instead of opting to go to the very same civil attorney involved in the 1993 extortion? All of these questions have yet to be answered. Stay tuned. -MJEOL
