HARTMANN GETS LIFE: Rejecting a defense motion for a new trial, Judge Thomas Adams on Tuesday ordered a life sentence without possibility of parole for Martin Hartmann (pictured), convicted of murdering Clinton Risetter by setting him on fire two years ago. Hartmann, who suffers from mental illness, confessed to police that he killed Risetter because the victim was gay.
