[b]District Attorney’s Office Violated the Law? MJEOL Bullet #45[/b] Did District Attorney Tom Sneddon violate the law by posting Michael Jacksons drivers license and CII number online on his website where anyone with access can see? Sources have reported that Jacksons personal information is found at the bottom of one of the pages of the formal charging document filed December 18 2003. Apparently, who ever is responsible for this could be prosecuted for violating laws against data protection. There will be more information on this issue as soon as it becomes available. -MJEOL
