Even More Damaging Docs of Accusing Family’s Past – MJEOL Bullet #99

In a stunning development yesterday (March 4), the attorney who represented JCPenney in a court case involving the family now accusing Jackson, released over 100 pages of documents from that case, and blasted the mother’s motives both in their case and in the Jackson case (see transcript from replay of report).

The attorney, Tom Griffin, was interviewed by NBC’s Mike Taibbi, the same reporter who broke the story about Richard Matsuura totally blasting the defamatory Vanity Fair article about Jackson in which Matsuura is cited as one of the children allegedly “given wine by Jackson” (see Matsuura Angry at Defamatory Vanity Fair Article-Bullet #89).

Tom Griffin calls what the mother did to JCPenney a “shakedown”. What was a small altercation with security – after some of the family members were actuall’y caught outside of the store with “an arm full of shoplifted clothes”–turned into a $3 million lawsuit.

Accusing Family Cleared Jackson More than Once – MJEOL Bullet #95 Update

First we found out the accusing family was investigated by Child Services right during the time the Santa Barbara DA is alleging “abuse” took place. The investigation–which found these very same molestation allegations to be unfounded–included statements from every member of the accusing family, saying Jackson never molested the accuser, never slept in the same bed as him or his brother, and was never alone with him. (see Allegations “Unfounded” Memo). Then came the revelation from 60 Minutes’ Ed Bradley saying that when he went to interview Jackson in Feb 2003 after the Bashir documentary aired, he sat in Jackson’s kitchen at Neverland listening to this same family praising Jackson.

Shocking Info from Accuser’s Father – MJEOL Bullet #92 The accuser’s father, David, and Russell Halpern, his attorney, appeared on Court TV’s Crier Live (Feb 20) and revealed some shocking information about the case. Among those bombshells was information about the current mental stability of the mother, a small admission about Michael Jackson’s relationship with the family, the DA’s office interfering with the child custody case, and the mother possibly recently selling pictures of the accuser to a London tabloid for upwards of $200,000.00.
